• To enable real-time location tracking while you are working outside from office, so that your employer can monitor attendance compliance and ensure workplace safety

Photo Data

Our App requires you to take a selfie photo during attendance check-in to confirm your identity and presence on-site. This photo is securely stored and used solely for verification purposes.

Usage Data

We collect data on how you interact with the App, such as login times, attendance timestamps, device information, and app usage patterns to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To verify your attendance by confirming your location and identity via the selfie photo
• To maintain accurate attendance records for payroll, compliance, and operational needs
• To enable real-time monitoring of your location during working hours to ensure attendance compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support employee safety
• To enhance security and prevent fraudulent attendance submissions
• To provide you with app functionality and support
• To analyze usage and improve the App's performance and features
• To communicate important updates or notifications related to attendance and App use

Specific Use of Location and Photo Data

• Location Data is used to confirm that you are physically present at the required worksite during attendance check-in and check-out to track your movements during working hours with your consent.
• Photo Data is used solely to verify your identity during attendance and is protected with strict security measures.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your data. We may share your information with:

• Authorized personnel within your organization for attendance verification, payroll processing, and employee monitoring
• Service providers who support App operations (e.g., cloud storage, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements
